Steps to Submit a Project:
1.
Send your documents to be drafted into CAD. We accept hardcopy, TIF, or PDF.
2.
Complete the Q-CAD Order Form (click blue button at left).
3.
Your documents will be redrawn into CAD and returned based on the turnaround time selected.

Send your hardcopy documents, scanned TIF or PDF files, and a completed order form. If you are using our custom or
construction documents service, please include all special requirements that may apply to your project such as custom layering standards, titleblocks, fonts, etc.
Email TIF or PDF Files:
Scanned TIF or PDF: We accept TIF and PDF images sent via email or FTP. Your original documents should be scanned at 200 dpi (dots per inch) and
saved as either TIF or PDF format. We do not recommend sending JPEG or GIF images due to the low resolution quality of these file types. Please include a completed Q-CAD Order Form along with your TIF or
PDF files.
Email: Send your TIF or PDF files to An email with attachments may be up to 10MB
per message sent. Feel free to send multiple emails with attachments as necessary.
Internet FTP: To upload large TIF and PDF files (up to 1000MB), use www.yousendit.com and follow the instructions on the screen. Before uploading your files, be sure to create a single zip file which
contains all TIF or PDF images, your custom specifications (if applicable), and a completed order form.

Ship Hardcopy Sheets:
Rolled vs Folded Sheets: Rolled drawings are preferred, however, folded drawings are acceptable as well.
Originals vs Copies:
Copies are preferred except in cases where the text or line work on the original document is very light and an adequate copy would be difficult to reproduce.

Payment Options:
First time customers, provide a credit card or check for their initial CAD order. Credit card
payments and checks are processed on the completion date of the CAD drafting order. Q-CAD accepts the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express. Checks should be
written to: Q-CAD Inc. A Net 30 billing account can be setup for active CAD customers once a credit application has been approved. You will receive an invoice at the completion of each
project with net 30 payment terms. (Download: Q-CAD Credit Application)
Upon completion of your order, Q-CAD will return the CAD files to your office via email,
Internet FTP, CD-ROM, or floppy disk. Your original hardcopy documents will be returned to your office upon request.
