Our Construction Documents Service gives designers the ability to outsource their CAD construction documents and
redline markups. Types of sheets include details, sections, elevations, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural.
Round 1: Designers submit their freehand or soft-line sketches, mock-ups, cut and paste sheets, design development sketches, architectural design sketches, tenant build-out drawings to be redrafted as AutoCAD or Microstation CAD files.
Round 2: Redlines can be submitted as hardcopy markups or in PDF format. Using Adobe Reader version 7 (Free), you can add markups the to PDF files and then submit to Q-CAD for updates.
Q-CAD is now offering our new LITE Layers option for our C, D, E-size CAD services. Simply subtract 20% from your selected sheet price on the order form (Q-CAD Order Form).
Construction Documents Pricing and Turnaround Options:
Credit Card: Q-CAD accepts the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express. Credit card
payments are processed when the Construction Documents CAD drafting project is complete. First time customers must provide a credit card or check for their initial CAD order. A Net 30
billing account can be setup for active CAD customers.
Check: Make checks payable to Q-CAD Inc. Checks will be deposited when the CAD drafting project is
complete. First time customers must provide a credit card or check for their initial CAD order.
Purchase Order: A purchase order number or project number can be supplied for Net 30 billing accounts. Net
